How long do dried flowers last?

Dried flowers can last many months, if not years with the proper care.

How do I care for dried flowers?

Dried flowers are best kept in a dry place as moisture can encourage mould. Avoid direct sunlight as it may cause colours to fade. To remove dust, use a hairdryer on a low, cool setting to gently clean.

What’s the difference between dried flowers and preserved flowers?

Dried flowers have been naturally dried - meaning they’re completely environmentally friendly and can be composted. Preserved flowers have undergone harsh chemical processing, including artificial colouring - they can not be considered environmentally friendly and must be disposed of in landfill.

How do you dry your flowers?

All of our flowers have been dried naturally, using the air-drying technique of hanging bunches inverted in a dark space for up to a month. You can read more about my process on our Know the Rose Journal here.

What if you’re sold out of an item that I’m interested in?

Due to the seasonal availability of flowers, our stock is constantly changing. If you’re interested in a certain flower, we recommend grabbing it while you can, as they might not be back for many months. If you’ve missed out on an item, sign up to our newsletter - you’ll be the first to know when your favourite is back in stock!

Do dried flowers keep their scent?

This depends on the type of flower or foliage. Most dried flowers will gradually lose their aroma in the drying process, however some species will keep their scent for longer such as lavender and eucalyptus leaves.

Do you take custom orders for weddings?

Yes! We offer custom bridal bouquets, buttonholes and arrangements that can be shipped Australia-wide. Please get in touch for a custom quote.


How do I send flowers as a gift?

Simply add your flowers to the shopping cart and proceed with checking out. At the check out, you can add a personalised message - we recommend doing this, even if your message is short and sweet. This helps us recognise the order as a gift. Be sure to add your loved ones details to the shipping section, and your own details to the billing section.

Can I include a message with my order?

Yes! When checking out you can add a personalised message to your order. We will include this message on a gift card and place it with your chosen blooms for your loved one to admire.

How do I know when the order has arrived to the recipient?

Tracking notifications can be sent to your personal email address, so that you know when your loved one has received their gift.

Will you wrap the order if it’s a gift?

Yes! We wrap all orders with care using wood wool and tissue paper, so the flowers are well protected on their journey.

Will the invoice be included in the order when it’s a gift?

We don’t include an invoice when the order is a gift.

How do you ship your flowers?

We ship all orders in our custom boxes, cushioned with wood wool and tissue paper, to ensure your flowers are well protected on their journey to your home. The best part? We use materials that can be recycled, so that all our orders can remain environmentally friendly.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We aim to have your orders ready for dispatch within 2-3 business days. Custom orders are dispatched within 5-7 business days. Please see Shipping & Returns for further information.

Do you ship internationally?

No. We only ship domestically within Australia at this stage.

Is Express Post available?

Yes. Please refer to Shipping & Returns for further information.

I placed an order for local pickup, what happens next?

Pickup is available from our Avalon Beach studio. After placing your order, you will be contacted within 24hrs of purchase with the address and a selection of available pickup times for collection.

What are your shipping prices and where do you ship to?

We ship Australia wide. For more details on pricing, please refer to Shipping & Returns.

Can I purchase extra coverage for my high value order?

If you would like to upgrade your shipping to include extra coverage for loss or signature on delivery, please email us immediately after placing your order. Additional costs will apply. We are unable to upgrade orders once they have been dispatched. 

Which freight companies do you use?

We predominantly use Australia Post. For larger, custom orders we may use trusted and reliable independent couriers.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on all purchases.

For orders under $250 we offer free standard shipping. For orders over $250 we upgrade you to express shipping.

Do you offer refunds?

We can not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind due to the product nature. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns page for more details.

Do you offer wholesale?

We aren't currently taking on wholesale clients.


Is it safe to pay online via your store?

Yes. We use Shopify’s secure payment gateway.

Do you accept Buy Now, Pay Later?

Yes, we accept Afterpay.
